Sindhuli Community Technical Institute (SCTI) was established in 2014 AD as a solely nonprofit community institution formed through a trilateral agreement among DCC Sindhuli, Kamalamai Municipality and CTEVT.
The institute primarily offers technical and vocational training in the fields of Engineering, Agriculture and Health, equipping graduates with the skills demanded by Nepal's growing economy.
SCTI operates on 3.399 hectares (5 Bigha 7 Dhoor 2 Pai) of CTEVT-owned land at Nunthala, Ward No. 6, Kamalamai Municipality — a naturally defined site bordered by an entrance road to the north and two seasonal streams to the east and west.
At the heart of the campus stands a landmark Pipal and Barr (Bo and Banyan) tree — a quiet symbol of rootedness, community, and enduring knowledge.
