The Pre-Diploma course is a 24-month foundational program designed for students seeking to enter the workforce directly after SLC/SEE. It equips learners with essential trade skills, practical knowledge, and hands-on training to launch a career in their chosen technical field. The curriculum is carefully structured to build both technical competency and life skills, making graduates immediately employable.
Spanning two academic years under the CTEVT framework, the Pre-Diploma program combines classroom instruction with workshop-based practical sessions. Students gain exposure to core engineering principles, safety procedures, use of tools and machinery, and workplace communication. Internship attachments with local industries form an integral part of the final semester, ensuring students graduate with real-world experience ready for technical roles in construction, manufacturing, or service sectors.
Eligibility
Candidates must have successfully completed SLC or SEE from a recognized institution. There is no minimum grade requirement for the Civil Engineering stream — a basic literacy and numeracy foundation is sufficient. Preference is given to candidates with a demonstrated interest in technical or vocational work.

Walk-in counseling available weekdays 10 am to 4 pm.
